Manager/Supervisor
Client facing, on site, Data Center project management role.  Represents the Firm in all interactions with client, contractors, architects, and other project team members. Responsible for design, preparing reports and specifications, and providing high-touch technical leadership.

Job Summary:
  • Based on client site.  Responsible for the overall direction, and coordination of activities of designated capital project(s) to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time and budget.
  • Reviews project proposals / plans / scopes to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
  • Establishes work plan, duties, scope of authority and staffing for each phase of project
  • Maintaining interdisciplinary coordination with other trades/projects consultants 
  • Monitoring all correspondence between staff, clients, contractors, owners, etc. 
  • Supervising construction administrative duties such as field reports, responses to RFIs
  • Directs and coordinates project activities to ensure alignment to schedule and budget
  • Reviews and prepares status reports and modifies schedules or plans as required.
  • Proactively resolves issues as they arise.
  • Infrequent travel

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of relevant MEP consulting design industry experience.  Data Center / Mission Critical experience preferred
  • P.E. License Preferred.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers
  • Maintains highest level of professionalism with staff and external vendors.
  • Completes work in timely manner, must be able to multitask multiple ongoing projects.
  • Teamwork - Builds a positive team spirit, puts success of team above own interests.
  • Ensures high quality of work.
  • Proficiency with Revit / Autocad Design software; Trace, Deltek Accounting software; Access Database software; Excellent Microsoft Office skills
