We’re looking for a driven, talented Software Engineer to develop innovative AI-driven tools that push the boundaries of what’s possible. If you’re passionate about coding, eager to work on Large Language Models (LLMs), and excited to tackle complex challenges, this is your chance to make an impact. We value creativity, initiative, and a hunger to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About the Role
As a Software Engineer, you’ll design and build AI solutions, focusing on LLMs and modern coding practices. You’ll work with a dynamic team to create scalable, impactful tools, collaborating with stakeholders to turn ideas into reality. This role is perfect for a curious coder who thrives on solving problems and exploring new technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) to process and analyze diverse datasets, including unstructured data like documents and reports.
  • Write clean, efficient code using modern languages to build AI tools and integrate them with cloud platforms.
  • Experiment with AI frameworks like Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or PyTorch to optimize model performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to prototype, test, and iterate on AI-driven solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies and coding best practices.
  • Contribute ideas to shape the direction of our AI initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of coding experience, with a focus on AI or machine learning projects.
  • AI/ML Skills:
    • Experience building or fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) using Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
    • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and processing unstructured data for AI applications.
    • Knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g., LangChain, Llama, or cloud-based AI services).
  • Programming Skills:
    • Proficiency in modern, versatile languages like Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
    • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI deployment.
  • Basic understanding of DevOps practices, such as version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly to technical and non-technical team members.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with in-office and remote collaboration.
  • Must reside local to any of our office locations nationwide.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or personal AI/ML experiments (e.g., GitHub portfolio).
  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes for scalable AI deployments.
  • Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Professional ML Engineer, or Azure AI Engineer).
  • Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) for building AI-driven interfaces.
  • Understanding of SQL for data querying and management.
  • Prior use of Tableau for creating visualizations and experience with data analytics.
Why Join Us?
  • Work on exciting AI projects that make a real difference.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
