RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create Technical Drawings: Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams using computer-aided design software (Revit / Autocad) based on project specifications.

- Interpret Specifications: Review and interpret engineering sketches, diagrams, and technical documentation to understand project requirements and design objectives.

- Collaborate with Engineers: Work closely with electrical engineers, designers, and project managers to develop and refine electrical system designs and layouts.

- Ensure Compliance: Ensure that designs comply with relevant industry standards, building codes, and regulations related to electrical systems and safety.

- Document Changes: Document and track design changes, revisions, and updates throughout the project lifecycle to maintain accurate records and ensure version control.

- Review Designs: Participate in design reviews and meetings to discuss progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to optimize electrical system designs.


QUALIFICATIONS

- Hold or currently pursuing Associate's degree or certificate equivalent in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field.

- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks Electrical, or Revit.
Strong understanding of electrical principles, components, and systems.

- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations governing electrical design and safety

- Attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings and schematics.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with engineers and project stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
